Great customer service. Pleased with the service done on my car.

I just helped my mom purchase a 2026 RAV4 Hybrid from out of state and Dave Leveritt made the entire experience a pleasure. I handled the whole process remotely from New York and contacted twelve dealerships across NY and WI before landing on Umansky. Dave was, without exaggeration, the single best salesperson I dealt with. Most dealerships I reached out to refused to communicate over email, which made comparison shopping a nightmare. Dave was the opposite. He was happy to email throughout the entire process, kept me updated at every stage — from assembly, to freight, to the ETA in Milwaukee — and never made me chase down information. When my mom and I picked up the car, the price we'd agreed on was the price we paid. No surprises, no last-minute add-ons, no games with financing. If you want a buying experience that's straightforward, professional, and genuinely respectful of your time, ask for Dave. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Andrew Akhahan was easy to deal with when I traded my car for a new Prius Prime. The price offered for my car was what I expected and the experience went quickly. Andrew was patient and answered all of my questions. He has followed up my experience with a phone call and emails. He did not rush the process nor put pressure on me to hurry the deal.

I had a issue with my car that would have cost 6,000. I was unsure on what my next steps should be. Rosario was super helpful and i decided on getting a new car (2026 toyota corolla). I've owned my Toyota TRD Pro for 20 years. I followed Coley (in service )from another toyota dealership to Umansky because she is so honest and has the "customer first" mentality. Great addition Umansky. I will be back!

Coley Kuntz is hands down one of the best service techs I’ve worked with, and I have been to many shops and dealerships. Coley is proactive, communicative, and empathetic. Although no one likes their vehicle needing maintenance, Coley makes the process enjoyable!

We purchased a used car from Umansky Toyota on April 17, 2026 and we were very pleased with the professionalism of all of the employees we encountered at the dealership. Our sales representative, Charles Beacham, was top notch. He was very responsive and always got back to us as promised. Charles will go the extra mile for his customers. We are very pleased with him, the dealership, and the new car we purchased there.

Coley Kunitz was my service representative and she was outstanding! She really cares about her job and takes it seriously. She owns it you might say! I had my 100K mile maintenance and just purchased the car used in early March. So I ended up needing quite a bit of work done. Coley did a great job explaining everything in a very cost-conscious way. They had a power outage due to road construction later that morning and Coley called me on her personal cell because she hand writes all her customers’ numbers down in case of issues like this. She kept me updated as to the situation. She didn’t have to do that, but I really appreciated the extra effort. When I went to pick up my car, she wasn’t at her desk and one of her coworkers said she likes to work directly with her customers meaning she was engaged with one of them at the moment and they would find her for me. I didn’t expect the experience to go so well. She’s just the type of person you want to work with!
