Marc was a pleasure to work with. I needed a Sienna and, even when he was on vacation, he made time to call me when the trim level and color I wanted was available, and invited me in to see it. The process was easy and painless, as we negotiated the price and financing via text prior to the appointment, so the visit consisted mostly of a test drive and signing paperwork. Would highly recommend Marc and Umansky generally!

I recently drove my Rav4 into the service area at Umansky Toyota, Silver Spring Dr, Milwaukee, WI. I was greeted by Coley Kuntz, my service advisor. She was very cordial and efficient. She quickly used her computer to analyze what normal maintenance my car needed. Coley also quickly entered the coupon I gave her for the oil change my car was receiving. She estimated my car would be ready in 60 to 80 minutes; and then sent me to the waiting room. Coley texted me when my car was ready. She ran my credit card to pay my charges. The entire time Coley interfaced with me, she was efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure working with her.

Coley was especially helpful as a service manager when I took my car to Umansky Toyota this week.

My son who is going to school at UW Milwaukee recently had car problems with his 2008 Toyota Corolla so I looked for a dealership close to him. Called at random your dealership. I’m hard of hearing and the receptionist on the phone was patient with my having trouble with hearing instructions. Anyway, they provided a Uber to pick and drop him off at the dealership, plus I was able to schedule for next day but he got there a day early and were able to start working on car immediately. The next day it was done which was a blessing because he tried to get a rental somewhere else but he didn’t have all the documentation they needed. I just want to say thank you for making his and our days less stressful as we are 5 hours away from him. Thanks to the phone receptionist and to the auto techs who even sent video of the problem and whoever else was involved. Sorry I don’t have names but you should be proud that you have such great employees. Thanks again from a father who’s glad he chose Umansky Toyota.

Highly, highly recommend Umansky Toyota. Ask for Steve, he is an amazing sales rep. Very energetic guy with a ton of experience and incredibly helpful. Genuinely cares about you making the right purchase. Drove 3 hours and well worth the trip.

Great service and exceptional service staff

It’s a nightmare for any parent to have a child, traveling alone far from home, experience car trouble. This happened to us on a recent Friday afternoon when, traveling between upper Michigan and Chicago, our daughter’s Prius broke down on the shoulder of busy I43. She was able to nurse the car into Umansky Toyota where she had the good fortune to be assisted by service advisor Coley Kuntz. Coley deserves a customer service hero award for quickly getting the car diagnosed, service scheduled, and a loaner car secured. Our daughter continued on her way to Chicago safely and on-schedule. Coley exceeded expectations in every possible way—competence, speed, empathy, and Wisconsin kindness. She is a credit to the Umansky enterprise, and we are grateful to have met her. Five plus stars!

Marc was extremely helpful in the buying process. He really listened to the things that were important to us and helped us choose a vehicle that was within our budget. I will absolutely be using him again for our next purchase. 10/10 all around experience!
