Coley the service you provided for our Avalon and during our last visit was excellent. Your communication was right on point. You leaned into the service. I have to admit that this is the first time that I've had a customer service representative at umansky provide the quality of service that I am used to from other Toyota dealerships. I hope that your example will be one that other customer service Representatives might lean into.

I would like to share my experience with Umansky Toyota because of the Associate who helped us. Rosario was attentive. He was informative. He made our experience easy very comfortable. He followed up with me the next day and even came in on his day off to help me Purchase the vehicle. Because I didn’t want to pick it up that day, he helped myself and my husband the next day, get used to the electronics, hook us up to Bluetooth and showed us every specific detail of our New car Buying a car has never been easy but he made it so. I would highly recommend Rosario if you go to purchase a Toyota at Umansky.

Everyone at Umansky is friendly and accommodating, from the sales manager to the salesperson I had the pleasure of doing business with, to the finance department, and the the mechanic who made sure my pre-owned Toyota RAV 4 was 100% safe and roadworthy. This dealership replaced the alternator, gifted me 4 brand new tires, an alignment, oil and lube, and replaced the driver’s side sun visor. In addition, the vehicle was cleaner than anyone would expect from a 12 year old SUV. I can’t say enough about Jeff, the salesperson with whom I worked. From his friendly no pressure approach to his knowledge of the brand Toyota, Jeff is the best!! He also kept on touch with me about when my vehicle would be ready for pick-up . I never have an issue with their work in over 20 yrs Now that vending machine in the wait room, instead the complimentary beverages I was accustomed to, 3% fee to use my credit card, no cookie on my front seat was disappointing. The end or an era. Sad!
