We had a great experience with Gabe while buying a 2016 Camaro. Great dealership, first time in a long time I felt the dealership cared about my concerns on the used car. Gabe and the manager took care of the issues we found and seemed happy to make sure we are happy with our experience. We definitely will be back in the future.

Let me start by saying: I would have not shopped here ever again if it weren’t for the persistence of AJ. I had a bad experience when this place was under Andrew. AJ is very honest and considerate. I told him all my apprehensions and he made it clear, I could walk away at least having a new friend. Initially, I wasted time by not listening to his first recommendation which I ended up purchasing anyways. Here’s the secret sauce: Go to UMANSKY Toyota, request AJ, tell him your preferences, listen to his recommendations and take off in a perfect-for-you vehicle. That simple!

Coley was an excellent service manager! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and even stayed late to make sure I got my car picked up.

Coley was our customer service rep for service for our minivan yesterday. She was an excellent rep! In fact, this was the best customer service experience we have had at Umansky and Andrew before that and we have had our two Toyota vehicles serviced since 2019 when we bought them.

Coley was very friendly and super helpful. She made the whole experience simple and straight forward. She kept me in the loop as to exactly what was happening with my car throughout the day and exactly when it would be ready to pick up. I would highly recommend Umansky Toyota for any service needs.

I went to Umansky Toyota to look at a car I had seen on the internet. Gabe was the sales rep that helped me with the car I inquired about. I could not be happier with the service Gabe gave to me. He was so helpful, very knowledgeable about the car, and was just so nice. He did not pressure me at all but truly wanted to make sure I had all of the info I needed on the car. I ended up buying the car and the very next day Gabe called me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if I needed anything. He was phenomenal! I also wanted to praise the financial person, Eric, who was the gentleman that I signed the car deal with. He truly cared that I felt good about buying the car. He was so kind and helpful with any info I needed. He was amazing! I thank Umansky for a great experience and so happy I found a great car!

I just bought my car from Umansky, with A.J. as my salesman. He was super friendly and made sure I was happy the entire process. I spent a week between my first visit and my final one. A.J. called and emailed me consistently and made sure I felt seen. I had problems at other dealerships not acknowledging me while looking so, A.J. being so present and welcoming made me excited to look for a car. This was my first time at Umansky and I will definitely recommend A.J. since he was fantastic to work with.

Coley was down to earth and quick to help me, I didn’t wait at all and she was very understanding, helped me take care of my car and she was very kind and genuine.

Jeff made the process simple and answered every question I had. No pressure from Jeff, just helpful information and a seamless process. Plus I got a very nice deal on an awesome vehicle. The Umansky team has been a pleasant surprise! I would consider purchasing from this team again in the future.

Giovanni was great to work with when I purchased my 2020 Toyota RAV4. He made the whole process easy, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. When you come ask for GIO ROMAN - stellar service and a good guy. Massive thank you to Gio, Manny, and Mike R. Very long and painful story. I bought a tundra without extended warranty that broke down several weeks after purchase, with repairs costs soaring. Took some persistence on my end, but the folks at Umansky made it right and offered to get me into a different vehicle. They didn’t have to do anything, but chose to. Helped my family avoid $20k+ in additional debt. Did I mention to ask for Gio? Thanks to everyone who made it happen.
