Coley the service you provided for our Avalon and during our last visit was excellent. Your communication was right on point. You leaned into the service. I have to admit that this is the first time that I've had a customer service representative at umansky provide the quality of service that I am used to from other Toyota dealerships. I hope that your example will be one that other customer service Representatives might lean into.

I took my car to Umansky Toyota for service. The service that I received was excellent. The Master Service Advisor that worked with me was Coley Kuntz. Coley was great. From the moment I stepped out of my car until the moment I picked it up Coley gave me excellent service. She walked me through what they'd being doing, including estimates, both time and monetary. While my car was in she both sent me messages and called me, including a video of the performed diagnostic (something I really appreciate). There were no surprises when I picked up the car. I also like the shuttle service that Umansky provides.

Buying a vehicle is a really stressful and time consuming process. It was something I was dreading doing because everyone hears about all the games dealers play and how impossible it seems to get a good deal and not feel pressured. Umansky Toyota was a dealership that operated transparently, fairly and kindly. I had the pleasure of getting a New Truck with Marc Brandofina. Marc and the entire Umansky staff operated with integrity and genuine care which was refreshing when buying a car. Marc was always respectful of me, my time, and the fincial investment I was making. I had an absolutely wonderful experience and felt I needed to share it. Thank you Umansky Toyota and Marc. I seriously love my New Toyota!

I would give the purchasing experience maybe 3 stars, but my recent service visit with Coley was great, so the five stars are exclusively for her. I had to go in today for a back up camera recall. I was early, but Coley was friendly, ready to assist, and even noticed my personalized license plate and we shared a conversation about our common love of dogs. She knew how to connect with her customers! She's excellent, and I will return for service, simply because of her. As for the buying process, though, I would have thought that spending a LOT of money on a brand new Land Cruiser would merit some post-purchase follow up, for example, asking how it was going, if I was happy with the car, etc. However, I pretty much felt like once you pay for it and drive away, it's on to the next sale. I had a Lexus before this one and that sales experience was the complete opposite. I received regular follow-up to ensure all was well. Since Lexus owns Toyota, I would have thought the same service would be extended. Not even close. I own a small business, and I follow up with my new customers after they purchase from me, to make sure they're happy or if there's anything they need help with, and they're not spending thousands of dollars with me. It was disappointing, and I would not purchase from Umansky again.

I never have an issue with their work in over 20 yrs Now that vending machine in the wait room, instead the complimentary beverages I was accustomed to, 3% fee to use my credit card, no cookie on my front seat was disappointing. The end or an era. Sad!
